Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #93-05- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS <br />AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #93-06 <br />(SEALCOATING IMPROVEMENT TO PINEVIEW ESTATES 1ST AND 2ND <br />ADDITIONS) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a motion of the City Council adopted January 26, 1993, fixed a date for a <br />Council hearing on the proposed improvement sealcoating of Pineview Estates 1st and 2nd <br />Additions (Project g93-06); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public <br />hearing; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was <br />given, and the hearing was held thereon on February 23, 1993, at which time all persons desiring <br />to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />l) <br /> <br />That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted <br />January 26, 1993. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That City Engineer Steven J. Jankowski is hereby designated as the engineer for this <br />improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such <br />improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the llth day of May, 1993. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
