URBAN RESIDENTIAL; <br /> CASE OF ALBIN PETERSON AND GARY GORHAM <br /> By: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On April 27, 1993, the City Council introduced an ordinance to rezone property in the plat of <br />Amber Ridge from R-3 Urban Residential and B-2 Business to R-1 Urban Residential to facilitate <br />development of the entire plat with single family homes. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />In accordance with the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission, Outlot B of <br />Amber Ridge will retain its Ro3 Urban Residential zoning. <br /> <br />The ordinance is eligible for adoption at this time. The ordinance is enclosed for your information <br />purposes. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff recommends adoption of the ordinance at this time. <br /> <br /> Council Action: <br /> <br /> Motion to: <br /> Adopt Ordinance ~93-05- rezoning the entirety of Amber Ridge, with the exception of <br /> Outlot B, to R-1 Urban Residential. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br />CC: <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator <br />5/11/93 <br /> <br /> <br />
