URBAN RESIDENTIAL; <br /> CASE OF ALBIN PETERSON AND GARY GORHAM <br /> By: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On April 27, 1993, the City Council introduced an ordinance to rezone property in the plat of <br />Amber Ridge from R-3 Urban Residential and B-2 Business to R-1 Urban Residential to facilitate <br />development of the entire plat with single family homes. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />In accordance with the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission, Outlot B of <br />Amber Ridge will retain its Ro3 Urban Residential zoning. <br /> <br />The ordinance is eligible for adoption at this time.
