Cotmcilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION g93-06- RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF CEDAR HILLS 2ND ADDITION WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution ~t90-06-168 on June 12, 1990 approving a Four Phase Plan for Cedar Hills, Windemere Woods, chesmut Hills and Chesmut Ponds; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on July 10, 1990 and approved the preliminary plat of Cedar Hills Addition as per the City Engineer's review dated June 19, 1990; and WHEREAS, Trusek, Inc. hereafter referred to as "Developer',, has properly applied for plat approval of Phase II of Cedar Hills on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Ouflot A, Cedar Hills, Anoka County, Minnesota AND WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on June 2, 1993 and approved the fine plat for Cedar Hills 2nd Addition contingent upon the Developer providing street access to the eastern line of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 26. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) 2) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Phase II of Cedar Hills in accordance with relevant City Codes. That park dedication shall consist of a cash contribution in accordance with the Development Agreement for Cedar Hills. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 2nd day of June, 1993.
