Councihnember Elvig commented he appreciates Mr. Corolewski going through the process of doing this upfront, Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman, seconded by Councilmember Kurak, to adopt Resolution #04-03-078 adopting Findings of Fact #0667 relating to Jim Corolewski's request for a home occupation permit. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Kurak, Cook, Elvig, Pearson, and Strommen. Voting No: None. Motion by Councihnember Zimmerman, seconded by Councilmember Elvig, to approve Jim Corolewski's request for a home occupation permit based on the findings of fact, and adopt Resolution #04-03~079 declaring terms of same. Case #7: Request for Vacation of Drainage and Utility Easements for Highlands at River Park; Case of Arcon Development Inc. Mayor Gamec noted the City Council introduced this ordinance to vacate the drainage and utility easement roi' Lot 14, Block 4 of Highlands at River Park at the March 9, 2004 City Council meeting. Motion by Councihnelnber Cook, seconded by Councilmember Pearson, to adopt Ordinance #04-05 to vacate the easement for drainage and utility easements on Lots 14, Block 4, Highlands at River Park. A roll call vote was performed by the Recording Secretary.
