aware of no facts, the existence of, which would cause it to be in violation of, or give <br />any person a valid claim, under any local, state or federal environmental law, <br />regulation or review procedure. <br /> <br />(i) <br /> <br />The City will contract compaction efforts to the soil supporting the footings to a <br />minimum of a 7 blow count and hold the Developer harmless from incurring <br />additional cost in regards to the soil correction for the footings. If the Developer feels <br />that compaction efforts above and beyond normal site preparation need to be <br />complctcd, the Developer will coordinate the compaction efforts with the City at the <br />time of the footing installation. <br /> <br />(k) The City will provide the following financial assistance to the Developer as follows: <br /> <br />Value of Land and Public Improvements <br />TIF Assistance (the "Financial Assitance") <br />Total Due by Developer at Closing <br /> <br />$206,998 <br /> $94,998 <br />$112,500 <br /> <br /> <br />
