Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #04-xx-xxx A RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF ALPINE ACRES ADDITION. WHEREAS, Oak Creek Builders Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied for Final Plat approval of Alpine Acres 2nd Addition on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Outlot C, Alpine Acres, Anoka County, Minnesota and that part of Outlot D, said Alpine Acres lying southeasterly of the following described line: Commencing at the intersection of Radium Street N.W. and Sodium Street N.W. on the westerly line of said Outlot D; thence northwesterly along a non-tangential curve concave to the west on the westerly line of said Outlot D a distance of 323.64 feet, said curve having a radiu~ of 330.00 feet, a central angle of 56 degrees 11 minutes 28 seconds and a chord with bears North 21 degrees 02 minutes 41 seconds West to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence North 43 degrees 27 minutes 19 seconds East a distance of 25.98 fket; thence North 6I degrees 59 minutes 44 seconds East a distance of 215.20 feet, more or less, to the westerly line of County State Aid Highway No. 5 and said line there terminating. or upon recording - Lots l - 16 Block 1, Lots 1-32 Block 2, Outlot C and Outlot D, Anoka County Minnesota (the "Subject Property") WHEREAS, on March 5, 2004, the City of Ramsey received an application and final plat for Alpine Acres 2nd Addition from Oak Creek Builders Inc. for a townhome plat; and WHEREAS, on June 24, 2003, the City Council approved the preliminary plat of Alpine Acres contingent upon compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated May 16, 2003, revised June 6, 2003, revised June 20, 2003 WHEREAS, the final plat for Alpine Acres 2nd Addition conforms to the preliminary plat approved for Alpine Acres; and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Alpine Acres 2nd Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes and Staff Review Letter dated April 9, 2004.
