I'UBLIC IIEARING <br />PLANNING AND Z()NIN(.; COMMISSION <br />CITY ()F RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNE$()TA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on Tuesday, March 3, <br />1993 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota to <br />hear input regarding a request for preliminary plat approval of Ramsey Commons 2nd Addition; <br />case of Jack Menkveld, North Suburban Development, Inc. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Chairperson David Bawden <br /> <br />Commissioner <br />Commissioner <br />Commissioner <br />Commissioner <br />Commimoner <br />Commissioner <br /> <br />Benjamin Deemer <br />Terry Hendriksen <br />Paul Holland <br />Charles LaDue <br />Michael Terry <br />Bradley Thorud <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br />City Engineer Steven Jankowski <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Bawden called the public hearing to order at 7:36 p.m. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik stated that North Suburban Development, Inc. submitted a <br />preliminary plat for Ramsey Commons 2nd Addition which has been revised since the sketch plan <br />review to include two lots from Sunny Ponds for a total of 9 single family lots, <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski mentioned that a portion of the plat is Type 2 Wetland of which there is <br />proposed to be some alteration, and there will be mitigation involved. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Terry to adjourn the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Comn'fissioners Deemer, Terry, LaDue, <br />Hendriksen, Holland and Thorud.
