PUBLIC HEARING <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on Tuesday, March 3, <br />1993 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota to <br />hear input regarding a request to rezone property from B-2 Business and R-3 Urban Residential to <br />R-1 Urban Residential; case of Creekview Crossing Partnership. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Chairperson David Bawden <br />Commissioner Benjamin Deemer <br />Commissioner Terry Hendriksen <br />Commissioner Paul Holland <br />Commissioner Charles LaDuc <br />Cormmsmoncr Michael Terry <br />Commissioner Bradley Thorud <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Fmlik <br />City Engineer Steven Jankowski <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Bawdcn called the public hearing to order at 8:29 p.m. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik stated that in order to develop Amber Ridge with single f~mily <br />dwellings it requires rezoning the property to single family residential. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Terry and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to adjourn the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Terry, Deemer, Hendriksen, <br />Holland, La.Due and Thorud. Voting No: None.
