ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Economic Development Commission conducted a regular meeting on Wednesday, <br />April 14, 1993, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Chairman Kenneth Wagner <br /> <br />Commismoner <br />Commissioner <br />Commissioner <br />Commissioner <br />Commismoner <br />Cornnmsmoner <br /> <br />Mary Ullen <br />Darryl Fults <br />Steven Gorecki <br />Donald Crreenbcrg <br />Carolyn Nelson <br />Alice Schroeder (arrived at 7:40 a.m.) <br /> <br />Members Absent: Commissioner David Kent (excused) <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />James Gromberg, Project Manager <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmenmn <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Wagner called the Economic Development Commission meeting to order at 7:38 a.m. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Nelson and seconded by Commissioner Fults to approve the agenda <br />with the addition of Case g4: Rezoning of certain properties in the City from Industrial to BW <br />zoning in conjunction with the adult bookstore. -- <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Wagner, Commissioners Pults, Gorecki, Greenberg, <br />Nelson and Ullen. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Kent and Schroeder. <br /> <br />APPROVE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Fults and seconded by Commissioner Greenberg to amend the Economic <br />Development Commission regular meeting minutes, dated January 20, 1993, to state in Case #1 <br />under further discussion: Commissioner Fults informed the EDC that in the event of a conflict of <br />interest by his business being involved in the sale of property in the City of Ramsey, he would <br />abstain from voting and acting as Vice-Chairperson. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Wagner, Commissioners l:ults, Oorecki, Greenberg, <br />Nelson and Ullen. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Kent and Schroeder. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Fults and seconded by Commissioner Greenberg to approve the <br />Economic Development Commission meeting minutes dated February 10, 1993, and March 10, <br />1993. <br /> <br />Motion cart/ed.
