CASE # I <br />INTRODUCE PROPOSED ORDINANCE VACATING THE SECTION OF 162ND <br />LANE N.W. BETWEEN DYSPROSIUM STREET N.W. AND GERMANIUM <br />STREET N.W. IN BARTHELS RUM RIVER ACRES 2ND ADDITION <br /> By: James Gromberg, Project Manager <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />In 1982, the City entered into an mended development agreement with the developers of Barthels <br />Rum River Acres 2nd Addition. Under this amended agreement, the City agreed to vacate the <br />section of 162nd Lane N.W. between Dysprosium Street N.W. and Germanium Street N.W. In <br />reviewing City records, the City has not yet vacated this section of street. It would be my <br />recommendation to vacate this easement.
