The following <br /> are enclosed for your information: <br /> <br /> a) Site location map <br /> b) Site plan <br /> c) Building plans <br /> d) City Staff review letter dated Ma), 27, 1993 <br /> e) Proposed site plan development permit <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br /> The existing Parabody facility is 60,032 square feet in size; the proposed expansion is .6~gl~ <br /> square fees The expansion ar~__woul_~Jd_b~us~ed_ f_~or warehousin~c~s The exterior facing <br /> f~rd-sh--6ffth~posed to be painted rock face concrete block, which is in compliance <br /> ,f~with City Code architectural standards. <br /> <br />'~'I~nc proposal for thc expansion is in compliance with City Code as it pertains to lot coverage, <br />-setbacks, off-street parking, and landscaping. Although code only requires a m~nimum for <br />landscaping (establishment of turf) in side and rgar yardg, City St~f has suggested that <br />considera, don be ~vcn to thc planting of conifer trees along the north and west property lines for <br />environmental reasons. <br /> maccordanee with City Code requirements, all of the proposed parking areas and loading areas are <br /> posed to be surfaced with bituminous.
