Background: REPORT FROM THE PERSONNEL COMMITTEE By: Ryan Schroeder, City Administrator CASE~ q On June 4, 1993 thc Personnel Committee met to discuss the following cases: Case #1: Position of Accounting Clerk The Personnel Committee approved the recommendation of staff to promote Clerk Typist Linda Mayer in salary grade 7 to Accounting Clerk in salary grade 8, effective June 4, 1993 with a starting salary of $19,590. Case g2: Staffing in Administrative Services and Finance The Personnel Committee approved the recommendation of staff to fill the vacancy in Administrative Services and Finance, due to the promotion of Linda Mayer to Accounting Clerk, with either one full-time position or two part-time positions. Case #3: 1993 Contract for City Adminisuator Ryan Schroeder The Personnel Committee reviewed the attachments listed below and recommended that the City Administrator receive a 3.7% increase in salary to $50,981, a $50 per month increase in ear allowance to $250 per month, and a $15 per month increase to $265 per month in the City contribution for health and life insurance effective January 1, 1993.
