o <br /> <br />period. <br /> <br /> 7. <br /> <br />Va~tion. Employee shall accrue vacation days at a rate of 4.615 hours per pay <br /> <br />Employee shall be entitled to sick leave with pay at the rate of one <br /> <br />(1) day for each calendar month of full-time service or major fraction thereof. <br /> <br /> 8. Hours of Work. The Employer recognizes the requirement for time spent by <br /> <br />Employee outside the typical work week and will therefore allow Employee to take personal time <br />off during normal office hours in that mount deemed appropriate by the Employer. <br /> <br /> 9. Business Exnense. The Employer shall reimburse Employee for business <br /> <br />related expenses upon receipt of proper documentation. In 1leu of personal vehicle mileage <br />reimbursement, the Employer will pay to Employee a ear allowance at the rate of $250 per month <br />for 1993. Payment of such allowance will be net of applicable taxes. <br /> <br /> 10. Termination of A~reement. Either party may terminate this Agreement by <br /> <br />notifying the other in writing at least forty-five (45) calendars days prior to the termination date. <br /> <br /> 11. Effect of City Code. The parties acknowledge that the Ramsey City Code, <br /> <br />Chapter 3, Section 3.20 contains a Personnel Policy. The Employee is subject to the terms and <br />conditions of said Personnel PoIicy. However, in the event of conflict between the Personnel <br />Policy and the Agreement, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall control. <br /> <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Employment Agreement as of <br />the day and year first above written. <br /> <br />EMPLOYER: EMPLOYEE: <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />James R.
