with the Board of Water and Soil Resources originally filed pursuant to <br />MJa~]c~ota Statutes, 473.877, Subd. 2 and as now amended by Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 103B. <br /> <br /> MEMBERSHIP <br /> <br /> IV. <br /> <br /> The membership of the Commission shall consist of all of the <br />following governmental units: <br /> <br /> City of Andover <br /> <br /> City of Anoka <br /> <br /> City of Coon Rapids <br /> <br /> City of Ramsey <br /> <br /> The Commission may, with the ratification of the governing bodies <br />of all voting members of the Organization, invite other units of government <br />within the Rum River Watershed to become parties to this Agreement, and in <br />all respects thenceforth enjoy the full rights, duties, and obligations of <br />this Agreement. <br /> <br /> No change in governmental boundaries, structure or organizational <br />status shall affect the eligibility of any governmental unit listed above <br />to be represented on the Commission, so long as such governmental unit <br />continues to exist as a separate political subdivision. <br /> <br /> BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br /> V. <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. The governing body of the Commission shall be its <br />Board. Each member shall be entitled to appoint one representative on the <br />board, and one alternate who may sit when the representative is not in <br />attendance and said representative or alternate representative shall be <br />called a "Commissioner". <br /> <br />-6- <br /> <br /> <br />
