CASE # <br /> <br />INTRODUCE PROPOSED ORDINANCE TO SELL OUTLOT A <br />RIVER'S BEND ADDITION <br /> By: James Gromberg, Project Manager <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As you may be aware, the City acquired Ouflot A of River's Bend Addition for drainage <br />and utility easement purposes. The City has since agreed to sell this lot to the developers of <br />Amber Ridge. The procedure has now been completed for the changing of this status to <br />one of unspecified public use. The City will be able to sell the property after it receives a <br />clear title from the State which should occur in three to four weeks. In order to expedite <br />this process, the City Council should adopt an ordinance authorizing the sale of the <br />property as required by City Charter. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends introduction of the proposed ordinance authorizing the sale of Out. lot A, <br />Rivers Bend Addition. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to introduce Ordinance 93-XX authorizing the sale of Outlot A, River's Bend <br />Addition. <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br /> <br />Project Manager <br />City Administrator <br />City Engineer <br />City Attorney <br /> <br />CC: 06/22/93 <br /> <br />[6O <br /> <br /> <br />
