CAS # I, <br /> <br />DESIGNATION OF LANDFILL SETTLEMENT PROCEEDS <br /> By: Sandra Ashley Helling, Finance Officer <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />At the Finance Committee of June 8, 1993, staff was directed to prepare a resolution conf'u'rning <br />the Finance Committee's recommendation in regard to allocation of funds from the closure/post <br />closure landfill deduction settlement received.
