CASE # 3 <br /> <br />INTRODUCE ORDINANCE TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE <br /> PROPOSED PLAT OF RIVER'S BEND 3RD ADDITION <br /> FROM B-1 BUSINESS TO R-I URBAN RESIDENTIAL; <br /> CASE OF RICK FOSTER AND ARTHUR RAUDIO <br /> By: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />In May, Council granted final plat approval to River's Bend 3rd Addition. The plat will consist of <br />a combination of commercial and single family lots.
