CASE <br /> <br />ADOPT ORDINANCE TO REDUCE THE SIDE YARD SETBACK <br />REQUIREMENT IN THE R-1 URBAN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT <br />By: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On July 13, 1993, the City Council introduced an ordinance to reduce the side yard setback for the <br />uninhabitable portion of a snmcture in the R-1 Urban Residential District from 10 feet to 6 feet~ <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />The ordinance is eligible for adoption at this time.
