Councilmember RESOLUTION EXCAVATING, introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION $~93-07- /~ APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT NO. 5 TO BONINE INC. FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ~2-17. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on August 26, 1992; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the bid to Bonine Excavating, Inc. for the consn-uction of Improvement Project g92-17; and WHEREAS, Consulting Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. recommended partial payment No. 5 to Bonine Excavating, Inc. in the amount of $64,012.49. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes final payment to Bonine Excavating, Inc. for the construction of Improvement Project ~92-17 in the amount of $64,012.49. That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this partial payment. 3) That the total amount of this partial payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills for the month of July 1993. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Depa~ tment be provided a signed copy of this resolution. _ The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the follow, lng were absent: whereupon~ said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 27th day of July, 1993.
