Councilmember RESOLUTION RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL INC. FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: g93-07- PAYMENT NO. I TO W. B. MILLER, #93-08 AND #93-09. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on May 11, 1993; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rarnsey adopted a resolution awarding the bid to W. B. Miller, Inc. for the construction of Improvement Projects g93-08 and #93-09; and WHEREAS, City Engineer Steve Jankowski recommends partial payment No. 1 to W. B. Miller, Inc. in the amount of $47,325.29. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment No. 1 to W. B. Miller, Inc. for the construction of Improvement Projects ~93-08 and ~3-09 in the amount of $47,325.29 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this partial payment. 3) That the total amount of this partial payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills for the month of July 1993. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember ~ __ and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 27th day of July, 1993.
