The concern raised was whether the City had properly passed a
resolution requesting a feasibility study for both Hedgehog Street N.W. and 152nd Avenue N.W.
cul-de-sac. The City Council passed Resolution #93-06-115 (attached) which defines the project
as including 152nd Avenue N.W. from Hedgehog Street N.W. to its eastern terminus. This
proiect definition is the same as the public hearing notice and feasibility study prepared for the
project.

The passage of these resolutions including 152nd Avenue N.W. in the proposed roadway were
then verbally presented and approved as Resolutions ~93-07-135 and ~/93-07-I36 increasing the
area of project ~/93-11 to include 152nd Avenue N.W. The passage of these resolutions expanding
the proposed project were unnecessary as the project already included that portion of roadway.

In the future, if Councilmembers have questions concerning the procedures followed by Staff,
please feel free to contact the Staff member completing the procedure in question.

/CCI'
