BETWEEN 151ST LANE N.W. AND 153RD <br />AVENUE N.W. AND 152ND AVENUE N.W. FROM HEDGEHOG STREET <br />N.W. EAST TO IT'S TERMINUS) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council, adopted May 25, <br />1993, a report has been prepared by Mr. Steven Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference to <br />Improvement Project ~93-11 (bituminous surfacing for Hedgehog Street N.W. between 151st <br />Lane N.W. and 153rd Avenue N.W. and 152nd Avenue N.W. from Hedgehog Street N.W. east <br />to it's terminus); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on June 22, 1993 <br />which indicates the following: <br /> <br />Estimated total cost of project <br />Estimated total assessment per unit (individual property cost) <br />Estimated annual assessment per unit 10 year term <br /> <br />$33,434 <br /> $3,715 <br />$553.64 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of bitnmSnous surfacing of <br />such street in accordance with the mt)on and the assessment of abutting property for ail or <br />a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and <br />the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $33,434. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 13th day of <br />July, 1993 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and <br />the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and <br />improvement as required by law. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councitmember <br />Zimmerman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Councilmember Hardin <br />Councilmember 7.immerman <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Peterson <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
