I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />That on another occasion, the City of Ramsey approved a request to construct an accessory <br />structure larger than City Code allowed because of the minimal amount of excess square <br />footage being requested (248) and the amount of personal items that the applicant was <br />seeking to store indoors. <br /> <br />12. That the proposed use will not adversely impact traffic in the area. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />That the proposed will not be dangerous or detrimental to persons residing or working in <br />the vicinity. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not substantially or adversely impair the use, enjoyment or <br />market value of surrounding properties. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will be maintained in order to be harmonious in appearance with the <br />existing and intended character of the R-1 Rural Residential District. <br /> <br />16. That the proposed use will be adequately served by essential public services. <br /> <br />17. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for <br />publ/c facilities and services. <br /> <br />18. <br /> <br />That the subject property is one of the better maintained properties in the neighborhood <br />from a condition of premises aspect. <br /> <br />19. <br /> <br />20. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duty seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the __ day of ,1993. <br /> <br />AT'FEST: <br /> <br />Mayor. <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
