I I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION ~93-08- , I I RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT TO ALLIED BLACKTOP COMPANY FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS #93-01 THROUGH #93-07 (SEALCOATING) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on May I 1, 1993; and I I I WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the bid to Allied Blacktop Company for the sealcoating portion of Improvement Projects 893-01 through ~93-07; and WHEREAS, City Engineer Steve Jankowsld recommends partial payment to Allied Blacktop Company in the amount of $70,398.66. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: I I 1) 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Allied Blacktop Company for the sealcoating portion of Improvement Projects g93-0I through g93-07 in the amount of $70,398.66. That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this partial payment. I I I '1 I 3) That the total mount of this partial payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills for the month of August 1993. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be grovideal a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconde~ by Councilmember .. and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 24th day of August, 1993.
