(DUKE) GROSSLEIN AS TO THE RAMSEY BUSINESS AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT WHEREAS, our business community forms the economic structure of our City as well as the quality of life and cxanmunity spirit; and WHEREAS, our businesses and industries offer goods and services which provide comfort, convenience and sustain the health, safety and welfare of the City residents; and WHEREAS, Duke Grosslem has been a driving force behind the development of the City of Ramsey's economic growth and well-beingq and WHEREAS, Mr. Grosslein has been involved with numerous programs developed and offered by the City of Ramsey. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby recognizes A.E. (Duke) Grosslein as the 1992 inductee into the City of Ramsey's Business and Economic Developmem Hall of Fame for his involvement in the community and his contributions to the economic growth and well-being of the City of Ramsey. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: an~.l the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the follow/ng were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 24th day of August, 1993.
