I I I I I I i I I I I I I I I I I I CASE # APPLICATION FOR OFF.SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE RALPH'S DISCOUNT 10 LIQUORS By: Michael Auspos, Police Chief Background: Ralph Nissen, President of C.R. Foods, Inc. has applied for an Off-sale Intoxicating Liquor License for the preraJses at 7129 Highway # 10. He presently has the same license at 6131 Highway #10 N.W. and will be moving from that location at which time the license, which is address specific, will no longer be valid. The contents of the new application have been reviewed and verified. Ail criminal records have been checked and them arc no convictions on the record. Taxes have been paid at the site and liquor liability insurance is in place. At the time of this writing, the building is still undergoing renovation and likely will not be completed by the date of this Council meeting. The license can still be granted contingent upon completion of the building in a reasonable time. tt is my understanding that Mr. Nissen intends to run his present business very nearly up to the time of moving into thc new business. Since he has paid the license fee for the license year 1993 - 1994, rather than refund any pro-rated amount from his present license and then collect a pro-rated fee for the balance of this license year, the City could just consider the fee paid, which it actual]), is, for the license.
