! <br />! <br /> <br /> RIGHT OF WAY COSTS <br /> <br />The following items qualify for reimbursement with state aid funds: <br /> <br /> · Payment for land and improvements taken or damaged. <br /> <br /> · Owners appraisal fees. <br /> <br /> · Owners/occupants relocation costs. <br /> <br /> · Payment to utility companies for utility movement required by construction. <br /> <br /> · Costs necessary to bring as'abswact up to date by mason of the taking but no costs <br /> necessary for the property owner to clear rifle to make the property merchantable. <br /> <br /> · Filing fees (recording of deed, satisfaction of mortgage). <br /> <br /> · State Deed Tax. <br /> <br />The following items qualify for reimbursement as preliminary engineering costs: <br /> <br /> · Appraisal costs to the local road authority. <br /> <br /> · Staking of right-of-way. <br /> <br />The following items are not reimbursable as they are considered administrative costs or local <br />options: <br /> <br />Tire searches. ~: <br /> <br />Condemnation costs. <br /> <br />Taxes. <br /> <br />Work done by local forces as a compromise to the negotiations. <br /> <br />//7 <br /> <br /> <br />
