IN STANHOPE TERRACE ADDITION <br /> By: James Gromberg, Project Manager <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />When Stanhope Terrace Addition was platted, an incorrect name was given to the east/west street. <br />This street was assigned 154th Avenue N..W. As the enclosed map shows, this street aligns with <br />154th Lane N.W. as platted in Stanhope River Hills Addition. There is currently one house <br />located on Lot 5, Block 1, Stanhope Terrace. The owners have been notified of this pending <br />change o£ their address from 4850 - 154th Avenue N.W. to 4850 - 154th Lane N.W. Anoka <br />County, according to 1993 tax rolls, already lists the address as 154th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />There are currently two new homes being built along this street in Stanhope Terrace Addition. <br />Both of these structures have been issued addresses reflecting this change. Due to the fact that the <br />house number is not set to change, only the street, this change is recommended to take effect on <br />January 1, 1994. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Introduce ordinance #93-XX changing the name of 154th Avenue N.W. in Stanhope Terrace to <br />154th Lane N.W. effective January 1, 1994. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to introduce ordinance g93-XX changing the name.of 154th Avenue N.W. in Stanhope <br />Terrace to 154th Lane N.W. effective January 1, 1994. <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br /> <br />City Admlnislrator <br />Project Manager <br />City Engineer <br />Building Official <br /> <br />CC:09/14/93 <br /> <br /> <br />
