I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br />MIKE SJOQUIST <br />7520 149TH AVENUE N.W. <br />PIN 28.32-25-12-0006 <br /> <br />On September 14, 1993, Site Plan approval was ~ranted by the City of Rarnsey ("City") to Michael <br />Sjoquist ("Permiuee") to construct a 484 square foot expansion to the warehouse facility <br />("Structure") on the property which is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 4, Block 1, Pmeview Estates 2nd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />The ("Site"). <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.06 of the R~msey City Code. The conditions of <br />this approval are as follows: <br /> <br />STRUCTURE. The Sumcture shall be constructed in accordance with the one (1) sheet <br />set of plans dated received by the City, on August 12, 1933. Said plans are attached hereto <br />as Exhbit "A". <br /> <br />STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The Structure shall be constructed in <br />accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. <br /> <br />SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The Structure shall be sited on the Site as shown on the <br />Site Plan submitted by the Permit-tee. Said Site Plan consists of one (1) sheet dated <br />November 7, 1991, with a revision date of AugUst 4, t993, prepared by Caine & <br />Associates, and is attached hereto as Exhibit "B". The ("Site Plan"). <br /> <br />FIRE LANES. Fire lanes shall be maintained on the Site. The exact location of these <br />items on the Site shall be as directed by the City's Fire Chief. <br /> <br />LIGHTING. Any lighting installed on the Structure shall be designed so as to deflect <br />light away from 149th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />EROSION CON~I'ROL. The wetland shall be protected ~rom sert~mentafion by berming <br />or a silt fence, or a combination of the two. Erosion control shall remain in place until seed <br />or sod is established following consu-ucfion. <br /> <br />7. REQUIREMENTS FOR BUILDING PERMIT AND CERTIFICATE OF <br /> OCCUPANCY. No building permit for the site will be issued until: 1) the Permittee <br /> has signed and returned thi.q Development Permi~ 2) the Permktee has reimbursed the City <br /> for all expenses incurred in approval of the site plan. No C. enificate of Occupancy for <br /> occupancy of the structure will be issued until the Pe'rmittee has reimbursed the City for all <br /> expenses incunv, d during the construction of the Required Improvements. <br /> <br />Michael Shoquist hereby acknowledges receipt of this permit and that he has reviewed the <br />conditions of this permit and has agreed that he will comply with the terms of this permit <br /> <br /> <br />
