Said plan <br /> shah also include provisions for the planting of one two-inch diameter tree (or equivalent <br /> thereof) of an approved species at the road frontage or in the front yard of each of the lots <br /> in the Plat pri~r to the issuance of a Certff'mate of Occupancy. In the event the weather is <br /> not conducive to tree or sod planting at the time of Certificate of Occupancy, the <br /> DEVELOPER shah place a cash deposit in the amount of $200.00 for trees and $100.00 <br /> for sod in an escrow account with the CITY and upon verification of the planting being <br /> accomplished, sa.id cash deposit shah be refunded to the DEVELOPER.
