Said plan <br /> shah also include provisions for the planting of one two-inch diameter tree (or equivalent <br /> thereof) of an approved species at the road frontage or in the front yard of each of the lots <br /> in the Plat pri~r to the issuance of a Certff'mate of Occupancy.
