Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION ~93-09-XX RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROPOSED MAXIMUM 1993, PAYABLE 1994, TAX LEVY AND SCHEDULE BUDGET PUBLIC HEARING DATES NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the following proposed maximum levies for assessed 1993, payable 1994, be levied upon the taxable property in said City of Ramsey, Anoka County, State of Minnesota for the following purposes: GENERAL LEyy Fund 10t: General Fund - General Operations: Fiscal Disparity Transfer- as certified $ 291,335 HACA - as certified 515,245 Collected as Property Tax 955.811 $ 1,762,391 DEBT SERVICE LEVY Special Assessment Obligations (collected as property tax): Fund 317: 1989A G.O. Debt Service $ 20,525 Fund 321: I992B G.O. Debt Service 4.327 24.852 TOTAL PROPOSED I ~EVIF~ .$ 1,787,243 2) That the City of Ramsey's 1994 Public Budget Hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, December 1, 1993 at 7:00 p.m. and a reconvene date (if necessary) is scheduled for Wednesday, December 8, 1993 at 7:00 p.m. 3) That the City Administrator/Clerk be directed to mnsmit a certified copy of this resolution to the Anoka County Auditor's Office on or before Wext_nesday, September 15, 1993 for the purpose of complying with Troth in Taxation.
