I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />'1 <br />I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Councilmember introduce, d. the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION 893-09- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING 1994 SCHEDULE OF RATES AND CHARGES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at the Council meeting on September 14, 1993, staff recommended <br />approval of the attached Schedule of Rates and Charges; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Council approved this recommendation and hereby recommends <br />thc Ramsey City Council approve this recommendation. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the attached Schedule of Rates and Charges is hereby adopted effective <br />January 1, 1994. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />and the following voted against: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 14th day of September, 1993. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
