Councilmember <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />PUBLIC SALE <br /> <br /> introduced the following re. solution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION ~93- <br /> <br />DECLARING SURPLUS PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING <br />BY SEALED BID <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey owns the following vehicles: <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, <br /> <br />1985 Ford LTD Crown Victoria <br />1986 Ford LTD Crown Victoria <br />1980 Chevrolet Malibu <br /> <br />the City has no use for these vehicles as the Police Department has <br /> <br />purchased two new squad cars and the Building and Administrative Services Departments will now <br />be using the former Police vehicles. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the aforementioned items are hereby declared surplus and the City Administrator is <br /> authorized to dispose of said property by public sale with sealed bids. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duty seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 14th day of September, 1993. <br /> <br />ATTEST <br /> <br />Mmyor <br /> <br />City Adminisu'ator <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
