FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT g92-14 (GRADING AND BITUMINOUS SURFACING OF WACO STREET N.W. AND WACO DRIVE N.W. FROM 179TH LANE N.W. TO THE NORTHERN CITY BOUNDARY) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Kamsey approved this project on Jul), 13, 1993; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopmd a resolution awarding the bid to W. B.Miller, Inc. for the consn'uedon of Improvement Project ~92-14; and WI-IEREAS, Ci the amount of NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA., as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes pa.vrnent to W. B.Miller,/mc. for the consu-uction of Improvement Project g92-14 in the amount of $23,S21.42. 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Adminisumtor to sign the release form for this final payment. 3) That the total amount of this final payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills for the month of September 1993. z~) Thaz the City of Ramsay Fima.n~ Depmuaent be provided a signed copy of taxis resolution.
