I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I Councilmember RESOLUTION g93-07- RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT INC. FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT g92-17. introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: TO BONINE EXCAYATING, WHEREAS, the City Council of the CiD' of Ramsey approved this project on August 26, 1992; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Kamsey adopted a resolution awarding the bid to Bonine Excavating, Inc. for the consu'uction .of Improvement Project g92-17; and WHEREAS, Consulting Engineer ~ete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. recommended final payment to Bonme Excavating, lac. in the amount of $25,333.75. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes final payment to Bomne Excavating, Inc. for the construction of Improvement Project g92-I7 in the amount of $25,333.75. 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Afl.minisrrator to sign the release form for tiffs final payment. 3) That the total amount of this final payrnent is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills for the month of September 1993. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Deparrrnent be provided a signed copy of fl-tis resolution.
