I I I '1 I I I I I I i I I I I I I I I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #93-09- RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #93-11 (BITUMINOUS SURFACING FOR HEDGEHOG STREET N.W. BETWEEN 151ST LANE N.W. AND 153RD AVENUE N.W.) WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the June 22, 1993, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement bituminous surfacing for Hedgehog Street N.W. between 151st Lane N.W. and 153rd Avenue N.W. and 152nd Avenue N.W. from Hedgehog Street N.W. east to it's terminus (Project g93-11); and WHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public hearing; and WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon on the July 13, 1993 at which t/me ail persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: 1) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council resolution adopted June 22, 1993. 2) Steve Jankowski, City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duty passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 14 day of September, 1993.
