CASE <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF CEDAR HILLS 3RD ADDITION; <br />CASE OF TRUSEK, INC. <br /> By: Sylvia Frolik, Zoning Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The developer of Cedar Hills is requesting f'mal plat approval of the 3rd Addition, which is in <br />conformance with the approved p~liminary plat and phasing plan from 1990. This third and f'mal <br />phase of Cedar Hills consis~ of 46"lots.,.The following items are enclosed for your information: <br /> <br />a) <br />b) <br />c) <br />d) <br />e) <br /> <br />Site location map <br />Proposed final plat <br />City Staff review letter dated September 21, 1993 <br />Proposed Resolution <br />Proposed development agreement <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />The City Staff review letter notes some very minor deficiencies in either lot width or area <br />requirements. With the exception of the lot width on Lot 5, Block 1, the deficiencies are not <br />substantial enough to require corrections. The improvements are proposed to be installed as a <br />private development project without f'mancial participation on the part of the City. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff recommends final plat approval contingent upon compliance with City Staff review <br />letter. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Adopt Resolution g93-09- <br /> <br />__ granting final plat approval to Cedar Hills 3rd Addition. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br />City Engineer <br /> <br />CC: 9/28/93 <br /> <br /> <br />
