Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #93-09-. RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF CEDAR HILLS 3RD ADDITION WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution g00-06-168 on June 12, 1990 approving a Four Phase Plan for Cedar Hills, Windemere Woods, Chestnut Hill and Chestnut Pond; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on July 10, 1990 and approved the preliminary plat of Cedar Hills Addition as per the City Engineer's review dated June 19, 1990; and WHEREAS, Trusek, Inc., hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly applied for plat approval of Phase III of ,C~lls, on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: ' Ouflot A, Cedar Hills, Anoka County, Minnesota, excepting that part laying within Cedar Hills 2nd Addition according to the plat thereof on f'fle in the office of the County Recorder, Anoka County, Minnesota NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Phase ~ of Cedar Hills in accordance with relevant City Codes. 2) That park dedication shall consist of a cash contribution in accordance with the Development Agreement for Cedar Hills. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon voting being taken thereon/the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 28th day of September, 1993.
