This agreement may be amended and become <br />effective only by written agreement entered into by all members <br />of the North Metro Development Association. <br /> <br /> 9. Multiple Execution. This North Metro Development <br />Association may be executed simultaneously in any number of <br />counterparts, each of which counterpart shall be deemed to be <br />an original and all such counterparts shall constitute but one <br />and the same instrument. An originally executed counterpart <br />shall be filed with Joseph D. Strauss, Executive Director, <br />North Metro Mayors Association, 8525 Edinbrook Crossing, Suite <br />#5, Brooklyn Park, MN 55443. <br /> <br /> 10. Effective Date. This agreement shall be in full <br />force and effect upon receipt by Joseph D. Strauss, Executive <br />Director, North Metro Mayors Association, 8525 Edinbrook <br />Crossing, Suite 05, Brooklyn Park, MN 55443, if at least three <br />joint agreements, along with a copy of a certified resolution <br />of the governing bodies authorizing the execution and delivery <br />of the contract. <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />/6! <br /> <br /> <br />
