I ,I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #93-I0- RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #93-13 (BITUMINOUS SURFACING TO 164TH LANE N.W. BETWEEN NOWTHEN BLVD. N.W. (COUNTY ROAD #5) WEST TO ITS TERMINUS) WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the July 13, 1993, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement bituminous surfacing to 164th Lane N.W. between Nowthen Blvd. N.W. (County Road #5) west to its terminus (Project ~)3-13); and WHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public hearing; and WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the .hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon on July 27, 1993, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted July 13, 1993. 2) That City Engineer Steve Jankowski is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement project. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 12th day of October, 1993.
