<br />Councilmember Shryock introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #15-05-092 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL OF HARVEST <br />ESTATES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> G S Land, LLC, hereafter referred to as “Developer”, properly applied for <br />preliminary plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Lots 4 & 5, MEADOW, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> (the “Subject Property”) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />on March 5, 2015, the City received an Application for Major Plat from <br />N.I.K., Management, Inc.; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , on April 3, 2015, the Application for Major Plat was assigned to G S Land, <br />LLC; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , the City finds that the Plat does not required an Environmental Assessment <br />Worksheet (EAW) or Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) due to the size of the project and <br />number of lots; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br />on April 9, 2015, the Planning Commission held a Public Hearing for the <br />plat known as HARVEST ESTATES; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br />on April 28, 2015, the City Council reviewed the Preliminary Plat. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY , STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />1)That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants preliminary plat approval to HARVEST <br />ESTATES in accordance with relevant City Codes contingent upon compliance with the City <br />Staff Review Letter dated April 3, 2015. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />LeTourneau, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Strommen <br /> Councilmember Shryock <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Williams <br /> <br />
