I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #93-I0- RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF NORTHFORK POINT 2ND ADDITION, A REPLATTING OF LOTS 10, 11, 12 AND 13, BLOCK 1, NORTHFORK POINT ADDITION, A DIVISION OF NORTHFORK PUD 5TH ADDITION WHEREAS, North Fork, Inc., hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly applied for final plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Lots I, 2, 3 and 4, Block 1, Northfork Point 2nd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota. AND WHEREAS, the City received application and sketch plan from Dennis Peck for Northfork Point Addition on April 25, 1991; and WHEREAS, the preliminary plat for Northfork Point AdditiOn was not reviewed by the Park and Recreation Commission because all park dedication requirements for Northfork PUD are specified in a Northfork PUD Park Dedication agreement dated February 19, 1987 and amended May 9, 1989; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on May 7 and May 9, 1991 and conducted a public hearing and recommended preliminary plat approval of Northfork Point Addition; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on'May 28, 1991 and approved the preliminary plat for Northfork Point Addition; and WHEREAS, the City Council met on September 24, 1991 and approved the f'mal plat for Northfork Point; and WHEREAS, the City received plans for the replatting of Lots 10, 11,12 and 13, Block I, Northfork Point Addition on September 8, 1993; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on October 5, 1993 and recommended City Council approval of Northfork Point 2nd Addition; and WHEREAS, Northfork Poin'~'2nd Addition was not submitted to the Park and Recreation Commission for review as the park dedication requirements on the subject property were satisfied with the development of Northfork Point Addition in accordance with the Northfork Park Dedication Agreement dated February 19, 1987 and mended May 9, 1989. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Northfork Point 2nd Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes and contingent upon the Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City of Ramsey.
