Councilmember LeTourneau introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #15-05-126 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF HARVEST ESTATES WHEREAS, G S Land, LLC, hereafter referred to as “Developer”, properly applied for preliminary plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Lots 4 & 5, MEADOW, Anoka County, Minnesota (the “Subject Property”) WHEREAS, on March 5, 2015, the City received an Application for Major Plat from N.I.K., Management, Inc.; and WHEREAS , on April 3, 2015, the Application for Major Plat was assigned to G S Land, LLC; and WHEREAS , the City finds that the Plat does not required an Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) or Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) due to the size of the project and number of lots; and WHEREAS, on April 9, 2015, the Planning Commission held a Public Hearing for the plat known as HARVEST ESTATES; and WHEREAS, on April 28, 2015, the City Council approved the Preliminary Plat; and WHEREAS, on May 26, 2015, the City Council reviewed the Final Plat. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY , STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1)That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to HARVEST ESTATES in accordance with relevant City Codes contingent upon compliance with the City Staff Review Letter dated April 3, 2015. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Johns, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Strommen Councilmember Letourneau Councilmember Johns Councilmember Kuzma Councilmember Riley Councilmember Shryock Councilmember Williams
