CASE <br /> <br />REVOKE CITY OF RAMSEY MOTOR VEHICLE SALES LICENSE ISSUED TO <br />ROBERT C. WOJCIK, dba RAMSEY AUTO SALES <br /> By: Colleen C. Rybak, Administrative Services/Licensing <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey has been informed that the State of Minnesota Department of Public Safety has <br />cancelled the Motor Vehicle Sales License issued to Robert Wojcik dba Ramsey Auto Sales due to <br />cancellation of his surety bond. According to Ramsey City Code, this is cause to revoke the City <br />of Ramsey Motor Vehicle Sales License. This is the second time this year that Mr. Wojcik has <br />failed to maintain a surety bond; the fn'st time was in May.
