<br />Councilmember LeTourneau introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #15-05-122 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOMPENT <br />AGRREMENT FOR SUNWOOD ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> CommonBond Communities properly applied for sketch plan, final plat and site <br />plan approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br /> Lot 1, Block 1 SUNWOOD VILLAGE, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> (the ‘Subject Property’); <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />on March 24, 2015, the City of Ramsey received an application and plans for sketch <br />plan, final plat and site plan from CommonBond Communities to replat Outlot A, COR ONE into one <br />buildable lot; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> on April 9, 2015, the Ramsey Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan and <br />site plan and recommended approval with contingencies; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, on May 12, 2015, the City Council approved the Final Plat and Site Plan with <br />contingencies. <br /> <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Development Agreement for Sunwood Village, <br />subject to review and approval by the City Attorney as to legal form. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Kuzma, <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Strommen <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Shryock <br /> Councilmember Williams <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
