Further, the City Council intends to provide leadership for a proactive <br />organization provided for the benefit of all local constituencies. <br /> <br />PRIMART OBJEO I <br /> <br />To provide pro-active delivery of municipal services to the citizens for a cost at <br />or below the Metropolitan median for delivery of similar services. <br /> <br />To provide increased aesthetics and amenities in' industrial, commercial and <br />residential neighborhoods. <br /> <br />To provide increased park and natural resource opportunities to the public. <br /> <br />To provide a consistent level of service to the community in the areas of public <br />works, public safety and general operations. <br /> <br />To collaborate with other levels of government and service providers to increase <br />the level and quality of service to the community. <br /> <br />To ensure responsiveness to the public and to foster an atmosphere of <br />communication within and outside of the organization. <br /> <br />Actively promote economic development in an effort to expand the tax base and <br />quality employment opportunities. <br /> <br /> <br />
