Councilrnember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION t~93-11- RESOLUTION REMOVING PIN 17-32-25-13-0009, PIN 17-32-25-13-0010, PIN 17-32-25-13-0011 AND PIN 17-32-25-13-0012 FROM ROLE TO BE CERTIFIED TO ANOKA COUNTY FOR ASSESSMENT IN CONJUNCTION WITH CITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ~93-03 WHEREAS, City Improvement Project ~93-03 is identified as sealcoaring and crack f'flfng improvement to Oakridge Estates Addition; and WHEREAS, PIN 17-32-25-13-0009, PIN 17-32-25-I3-0010, PIN 17-32-25-13-0011 and PIN I7-32-25-13-0012 where identified on the preliminary assessment role for said project; and WHEREAS, Improvement Project #93-03 was subsequently modified removing sealcoat and crack filling improvements from the streets having frontage on the above PIN's; and WHEREAS, an assessment hearing was held on October 12, 1993, declaring benefit to the above PIN's although in fact no benefit had been received; and WHEREAS, no objection to the assessment of the said PIN's was presented at the assessment hearing and assessment resolution subsequently passed including said PIN's and WHEREAS, the City was informed by the property owner of said PIN's of the tack of benefit subsequent to the passage of the assessment resolution. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby directs the Finance Officer to withhold the certification of the assessments for said PIN's to the County. 2) That the City Council directs the Finance Officer to modify the t-mancial records from Improvement Project 893-03 by including $850.96 from the City's share of the project COSt. The mouon for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilrnember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 23rd day of November, 1993.
