CASE <br /> <br />ADOPT ORDINANCE TO SELL LOT 3, BLOCK 5 <br />BEAUDRY'S SECOND ADDITION <br /> By: James Gromberg, Project Manager <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />At the Council meeting of Gctober 26, 1993, Council authorized the purchase of Lot 3, <br />Block 5, Beaudry's 2nd Addition for $8,807.55. At that time, a public hearing was <br />scheduled for November 9, 1993 for the proposed sale of Lot 3, Block 5, Beaudry's 2nd <br />Addition to Anoka County Community Action Program (ACCAP) Such hearing was held <br />and no opposition was heard. The proposed ordinance was introduced by Council at that <br />time.
