portion between Sunfish Lake Drive N.W. and Ramsey Boulevard N.W. will be more commercial
and industrial in nature. It is contemplated that within the 1993 - 1999 time frame the entire
roadway will be completed. Segments of the roadway have been in place since 1992 with
additional improvements in 1993 as residential subdivision collectors. It is projected that the
segments yet to be completed total just over $2 million and it is expected that about half of the total
prqiect cost will be recovered through assessments. About 37% wilt be paid from the MSA fund
and about 14% from the Tax Increment fund. It is expected that the portion east of Sunfish Lake
Boulevard N.W., that which carries primarily residential traffic, wilt be assessment projects with
either of the MSA or Tax Increment funds picking up the non-residential equivalent costs. It is
projected that the commercial/industrial portion, serving as an east/west collector between Sunfish
Lake Boulevard N.W. and Ramsey Boulevard N.W., will be funded by MSA and Tax Increment
proceeds and not as assessment projects.

Sunwood Drive N.W. from County 1994
Road #57 to Magnesium Street
N.W.

Sunwood Drive N.W. from Trunk
Highway g47 to Erkium Street N.W.

$ 825,000 - Assessment
$ 275,000- TIF

1995 $180,000 - Assessment
$ 60,000 - MSA

Sunwood Drive N.W. from County 1996
Road #57 to County Road #116

$ 300,000 - MSA

Sunwood Drive N.W. from County
Road #56 to County Road #i 16

1999

$ 380,000 - MSA

$ 2,020,000

Project #3 - 153rd Avenue Crosstown

In 1991, 153rd Avenue N.W. was completed from County Road #5 to County Road #56; the
segment between that location and Variolite Street N.W. has been completed for some time. Also
the segment between County Road #83 and Highway #10 at the western edge of Ramsey, has
existed for a number of years. What remains to be completed is the segment between Variolite
Street N.W. and County Road #83. This is projected as a 1994-1995 project with an estimated
cost of $530,000. It is contemplated that the Landfill Trust Fund, as a portion dedicated to park
improvements, be used for acquisition of the property, with the balance of any acquisition costs
and construction costs to be provided for by the MSA fund. The park allocation is suggested in
that in addition to right-of-way acquisition, it is intended that all of the wetland area south of the
right-of-way be purchased for eventual nature preserve. As was the case in the 1991
improvement, the MSA fund will provide for the entire cost of the roadway. It is suggested that,
in addition to the roadway, an off-road mil be completed as an MSA eligible project expense. It is
projected that the acquisition occur in 1994 with consumction in 1995. This will complete the
crosstown that exists between Roanoke Street N.W., east of Trunk Highway #47 through the
community to Highway #10, a distance of over four miles.
