Councitmember RESOLUTION EXCAVATING, WHEREAS, 26, 1993; and WHEREAS, 26, I993; and WHEREAS, introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION g'93-12- APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT NO. 2 TO BONINE INC. FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT g92-19 the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on January the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on January the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the bid to Bonine Excavating, Inc. for the construction of Improvement Project g92-19; and WHEREAS, City Engineer Steve Jankowski recommends final payment No. 2 to Bonine Excavating, Inc. in the amount of $6,177.69, including $3,505.00 for Change Order No. 1. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes final payment to Bonine Excavating, Inc. for the construction of Improvement Project g92-19 in the amount of $6,177.69. 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this final payment. 3) That the total amount of this final payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills for the month of December 1993. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duty seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 14th day of December, 1993.
